(EN)This work focuses on promoting healthy eating habits and reducing the use of disposable plastics in university contexts. Through this educational intervention, the aim is not only to raise awareness, but also to empower students to acquire skills, values and behaviours that benefit both their personal health and the environment. The study is based on initial data collection with a sample of 129 students from the Universities of Jaén and Granada, which revealed an urgent need towards changes in eating habits and the reduction of plastics. The results of the questionnaire showed a high consumption of ultra- processed foods and sugary drinks, as well as a high daily use of plastics. Although students believe they are aware of the negative impact of these habits, they do not reflect concrete actions to mitigate them. Therefore, a programme has been designed that includes practical and educational workshops to encourage greater awareness and more responsible behaviour in the long term. This study aims to improve the quality of life of students and generate critical reflection on the individual's role in building a more sustainable future.
