[ES] Este trabajo fin de grado consiste en la creación de una empresa real, "Pastelería Artesanal Vandel vira", dedicada a la comercialización de productos artesanales de bollería, repostería, pastelería y cafetería en la ciudad de Úbeda donde se encuentra nuestro principal proveedor "Obrador Palacios".
