Ante esto, nace la obligación de modificar el mercado de trabajo a través de la reforma laboral de 2012. En el trabajo se analizará esta reforma laboral en España, con el objetivo de ver las modificaciones que incluye, y como estas afectan a las condiciones de trabajadores y empresarios, para así delimitar la correlación capital-trabajo existente. | es_ES |

In this regard, the obligation to change the labour market was born through the 2012 labour reform.
