Resumen
El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) pretende realizar un análisis de la relación existente entre el mercado de trabajo del sector turístico y el desarrollo económico en España, para ello se ha recurrido a fuentes como Eurostat, INE, Exceltur o Turespaña junto con el apoyo de la web oficial del Ministerio de Empleo y Seguridad Social extrayendo información sobre las distintas etapas económicas acaecidas desde el periodo de la reciente crisis hasta la actualidad. Por otro lado, se han estudiado referencias sobre las diferentes fortalezas y debilidades del sector y se han ejemplificado algunos modos de actuación a seguir para el fomento de la actividad turística. Finalmente se refleja la evidencia de la competitividad existente en el sector turístico y de lo que esta significa para el país, con especial atención a ciertas características en materia de empleo que aún están por trabajar para aquellos colectivos de algunas ramas de actividad más desfavorecidos.
The actual Degree’s Thesis claims to carry out an análisis of the existing relationship between the job market in the touristic industry and the economic development in Spain. To do so, the sources, that have been used, are Eurostat, INE, Exceltur, Turespaña and Ministerio de Empleo y Seguridad Social’s website. From all these sources, i have been extracting the information about all the economic stages of Spain, from the time right before the crisis happened yo obtain the different conclusions regarding the economic behaviour on the touristic industry fluctuations of the present time. In addiition, I have been studying some reports about the strengths and weaknesses in the industry and I have shown some ways in order to promote the touristic activity. Lastly, I have reflected the existing competitiveness in the touristic industry and all what this means to the country, specially, paying attention to the characteristics inte field of employment, that are yet to work with, for the most disadvantaged group in this industry.
