ANÁLISIS DE RESIDUOS DE PESTICIDAS Y MEDICAMENTOS VETERINARIOS EN PRODUCTOS AVÍCOLAS MEDIANTE CROMATOGRAFÍA DE LÍQUIDOS ACOPALDA A ESPECTROMETRÍA DE MASAS.

Abstract

En este trabajo se ha realizado una revisión bibliográfica sobre el análisis de residuos de pesticidas y productos veterinarios en huevo y carne de pollo. Para ello se han evaluado los métodos de tratamiento de muestra más frecuentemente utilizados, entre los que se encuentran la extracción con disolventes, la extracción en fase sólida y el método QuEChERS. En lo referente a los métodos de detección y cuantificación analítica, se han comparado las diferentes alternativas que ofrece la cromatografía de líquidos acoplada con espectrometría de masas {LC/MS) en el análisis de contaminantes en muestras alimentarias. Esta revisión bibliográfica permitió realizar la propuesta de un método basado en el uso del método QuEChERS como etapa de tratamiento de muestra, seguida del empleo cromatografía de líquidos acoplada a espectrometría de masas con un analizador de tiempo de vuelo (LC-TOFMS) para llevar a cabo la detección y cuantificación de los analitos.

In this work, a bibliographic review on the analysis of pesticides and veterinary products in chicken eggs and meat has been carried out. To this end, the most frequently used sample treatment methods far the analysis of organic contaminants in faod were reviewed, including solvent-based extraction, salid phase extraction and the QuEChERS method. Regarding the methods of detection and analytical quantification, the different alternatives offered by liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (LC/MS) in the analysis of contaminants in faod samples have been compared. From the infarmation retrieved, a method far the analysis of pesticides and veterinary residues in eggs and chicken meat has been envisaged and proposed. lt is based on the use of the QuEChERS method as sample treatment fallowed by the use of liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry with time of flight analyzer (LC-TOFMS) to carry out the detection and quantification of the analytes.
