LA PARTICIPACIÓN DE LA CIUDADANÍA EN LAS ENTIDADES LOCALES

Abstract

[ES] A través de este trabajo se procede a analizar el concepto de participación ciudadana, así como su concepción como principio, derecho fundamental, establecido en la Constitución Española, y derecho subjetivo. Así mismo, se lleva a cabo un estudio de los diversos mecanismos de participación ciudadana existente, haciéndose referencia a la pirámide de participación de Arnstein sobre los distintos grados de participación. Finalmente, se hace un estudio más centrado sobre la participación de la ciudadanía en las entidades locales, tanto su régimen jurídico como el modo de aplicación.

[EN] Across this work one proceeds to analyze the concept of civil participation, as well as his conception as beginning, fundamental right established in the Spanish Constitution, and civil right. Likewise, there is carried out a study of the diverse mechanisms of civil existing participation, they referring to the pyramid of Arnstein's participation on the different degrees of participation. Finally, there is done a study more centred on the participation of the citizenship on the local authorities, both his juridical regime and the way of application.
