We will make a study on the possibility of considering terrorism as an autonomous international crime, or, based on its legal nature, as a subtype of war crime or against humanity. On the other hand, the relevance of the International Criminal Court's jurisdiction over terrorism is evident, as well as ad hoc tribunals, also qualified to prosecute this type of crime. We will comment on the hard work of the United Nations and the Security Council in the fight against terrorism.
