Este trabajo trata de analizar las situaciones que vive las personas reclusas en España en relación al ámbito del empleo y la reincorporación en el mundo laboral de las personas que han estado privadas de libertad. Se examinará como enfrenta la sociedad el delito, y si esto afecta a la reincorporación de este colectivo a la comunidad, examinando las teorías de criminalidad presentes. Se valora la idea de la reinserción laboral como base fundamental de la verdadera reinserción social, por ello se evalúa los diferentes programas, talleres y trabajos productivos que las personas tienen en prisión y estos realmente influyen en las personas cuando salen. Desde el Trabajo Social se proporciona apoyo y se les facilita la integración efectiva superando
los estigmas y reconstruyendo sus vidas con dignidad y respeto. Trabajando desde la base de optar por una sociedad más equitativa y más justa
This work aims to analyse the situations experienced by prisonersin Spain in relation to employment and the reincorporation into the world of work of people who have been deprived of their liberty. It will examine how society deals with crime, and whether this affects the reincorporation of this group into the community, examining the current theories of criminality. The idea of labour reinsertion is valued as a fundamental basis for true social reinsertion, therefore the different programmes, workshops and productive jobs that people have in prison are evaluated, and how these really influence people when they leave prison.
