(ES) Esta idea de intervención surge del aumento de casos de bullying y ciberbullying debido a la
pandemia por COVID-19 y a que, a día de hoy, este número sigue creciendo. La propuesta está
dirigida para adolescentes, ya que es una etapa vital llena de cambios que perduran en el
tiempo y sufrir acoso en este momento puede afectar en la formación de la identidad y en las
decisiones del futuro. Se propone un programa basado en la reeducación a través de la
adquisición de habilidades como la empatía, siendo el objetivo principal explicar las causas del
bullying aportando herramientas de prevención y resolución de éste.
(EN) This intervention idea arises from the increase in bullying and cyberbullying cases due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the fact that, to date, this number continues to grow. The proposal is aimed at adolescents, since this is a vital stage full of changes that last over time and suffering bullying at this time can affect the formation of identity and future decisions. A program based on re-education through the acquisition of skills such as empathy is proposed, the main objective being to explain the causes of bullying, providing tools for its prevention and resolution
