[EN] The following Master’s Dissertation aims to develop a new intervention proposal focused on the teaching and learning process of literature, taking into account the current needs of students and their motivation. In order to achieve this main goal, a theoretical foundation was conducted, allowing the collection of solid academic background from leading authors on the subject. Subsequently, and after having obtained the key notions in relation to how to carry out the teaching and learning process from an innovate and motivating perspective, a didactic unit has been designed. Consisting of four sessions where an active methodology is applied, it lets the students take a leading role –as present in the cooperative learning methodology–, taking advantage of the communication and information technologies. Acting this way, it has been possible to take into consideration each of the curricular elements necessary to provide academic character to this unique proposal. And so, we take part in the contribution effort to advance the innovate teaching methods required in the current educational landscape for students of this group age, namely the fourth year of Educación Secundaria Obligatoria (Compulsory Secondary Education)
