ADAPTACIÓN Y VALIDACIÓN DE LA ESCALA DE CLIMA DE SALUD FAMILIAR EN UNA MUESTRA ESPAÑOLA.

Abstract

[ES] Este estudio describe la adaptación al castellano de la escala de Clima de Salud Familiar (CSF) con una muestra española. El instrumento original es el Family Health Climate Scale (FHC-Scale), que relaciona el comportamiento familiar con la actitud individual midiendo dos subescalas: nutrición y actividad física. También se utilizó el instrumento Motives for Physical Activities Measure Revised (MPAM-R) para correlacionar la escala con los motivos para la AF. Participaron 63 familias, cumplimentando el cuestionario tres miembros: padres e hijo/a (14-21 años). Se realizaron varios análisis estadísticos: análisis factorial exploratorio, análisis de fiabilidad y análisis de correlación bivariada. Se agruparon tres factores (CSF-AF) y cuatro (CSF-NUT). Se observó una alta fiabilidad: 0,89 (CSF-AF) y 0,81 (CSF-NUT). Se correlacionaron las escalas con los motivos, siendo el disfrute el motivo prioritario en CSF-AF (r= 0,43) y en CSF-NUT, el fitness (r =0,15). Se considera la FHC- Scale un instrumento válido y fiable.

[EN] This study describes the adaptation to Spanish of the Family Health Climate (CSF) scale with a Spanish sample. The original instrument is the Family Health Climate Scale (FHC-Scale), which relates family behavior with individual attitude, measuring two subscales: nutrition and physical activity. The Motives for Physical Activities Measure Revised (MPAM-R) instrument was also used to correlate the scale with the reasons for PA. Sixty-three families participated, three members completing the questionnaire: parents and child (14-21 years). Several statistical analyzes were performed: exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and bivariate correlation analysis. Three factors (CSF-AF) and four (CSF-NUT) were grouped. High reliability was observed: 0.89 (CSF-AF) and 0.81 (CSF-NUT). The scales were correlated with the motives, enjoyment being the priority motive in CSF-AF (r = 0.43) and in CSF-NUT, fitness (r = 0.15). The FHC-Scale is considered a valid and reliable instrument.
