Planificación financiera. Aplicación a un caso real: "Gullón, S.A."

Abstract

[ES] En este Trabajo Fin de Grado voy a desarrollar una planificación financiera de un caso real, la empresa familar Gullón S.A. Gullón destaca principalmente por su amplio abanico de productos.

Este estudio comenzará con la historia de la empresa, donde podremos conocer sus problemas familiares pasados, cuales son los productos, quiénes consumen estos productos en los hogares, entre otros ...

En la segunda parte, podremos ver el estudio de los ratios, tanto financieros como económicos, para poder describir la situación de la empresa en los últimos años. También realizaremos una comparación con otras de las principales marcas galleteras líderes en el mercado.

La tercera parte presenta las predicciones futuras que realizaremos para los años 2017-2019, donde terminaremos con el balance final que dicha empresa poseerá en un futuro.

Y para finalizar esta investigación, terminaremos con las principales conclusiones que hemos sacado de este estudio.

[EN] In this Degree Final Project, 1 will develop a financia! planning of a real case. The family company that I am going to study is Gullón S.A., which stands out mainly for its wide range of products currently inserted in the market.

This study will begin by talking about the history of the company, where we will be able to know about the past family problems, how it was founded, what products they offer, who consume these products at home, between others ...

In the second part, we can see the study of the financia! and economics ratios, to be able to describe the situation of the company in recent years. We will also make a comparison with other leading brands of biscuit market.

The third part will have the future predictions that we will make for the years 2017-2019. We will finish with the final future balance for this company.
