Resumen
[ES] El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado está basado en el diseño de un plan de marketing para una empresa de nueva creación llamada Agricolae Sociedad Anónima, para el mercado español, centrándose en la provincia de Jaén, donde se busca penetrar, aumentar la participación y proliferar su notoriedad de marca en este segmento de mercado, para, progresivamente, actuar en el resto de territorios colindantes.
El plan de marketing comienza con la presentación de la empresa, la exposición de sus principales actividades a desarrollar y estrategias planeadas, primero desde un punto de vista teórico para pasar finalmente a su desarrollo en la práctica.
El propósito es conocer la situación del entorno tanto interno como externo, para, consiguientemente, hacer una diagnosis de la situación.
Tras obtener la situación de dicho mercado, se plantean los objetivos; Penetración del mercado, aumento de las ventas, conseguir mayor participación e intensificar la notoriedad de la marca.
[EN] This Final Thesis is based on the design of a marketing plan for a newly created company called Agricolae Anonymous Society, for the Spanish market, focusing on the province of Jaén, where it seeks to penetrate, increase participation and proliferate its brand notoriety in this market segment, to progressively act in the rest of adjacent territories. The marketing plan begins with the presentation of the company, the exposition of its main activities to be developed and planned strategies, first from a theoretical point of view and finally to its development in practice. The purpose of this project is to know, the situation of the internal and external environment, for, consequently, make a diagnosis of the situation. After obtaining the situation of the market, the objectives are stated; Penetration of the market, increase in sales, achieve greater participation and intensify the notoriety of the brand.
