Resumen
[ES] El aumento de la demanda de energía y el coste de esta en España, lleva a querer implantar un sistema de energía renovable para climatizar un bloque de oficinas. El presente proyecto abordará esta instalación con un sistema de climatización basado en la bomba de calor geotérmica, la cual aprovecha que la temperatura de la tierra se mantiene constante durante todo el año. Por tanto la bomba de calor geotérmica extraerá del terreno esta temperatura (calor o frío) para climatizar, reduciendo así el consumo de energía y a su vez las emisiones de gases contaminantes a la atmósfera.
[EN] The increase of the demand of energy and the cost of this one in Spain, there leads to wanting to implant a system of renewable energy for air-condition an office block. The present project will approach this installation with a system of air conditioning based on the geothermal heat pump, of which he takes advantage that the temperature of the land is kept constant all the year round. Therefore the geothermal heat pump will extract from the area this temperature (heat or cold) for air-condition, reducing this way the energy consumption and in turn the emission of pollutant gases to the atmosphere.
