New synthesis of racemic Solanone

Abstract

[ES]Este trabajo se centra en la síntesis de una feromona sexual, la Solanona, utilizada por las hembras vírgenes de la cochinilla del mango Alacaspics murrayae Takahasi. La Solanona sintetizada por una nueva ruta pretende ser utilizada con otro individuo de distinta familia dentro de la misma especie (Aulacaspis tubercularis) para su uso en el control de plagas que afectan a la zona sureste de Andalucía. Para la síntesis de este semioquímico partimos de los estudios bibliográficos que ya describen la Solanona como semioquímioo sexual y proponen una estrategias sintéticas que utilizaremos de base para la que se desarrollara en este trabajo. Aunque esta molécula no ha sido posible sintetizarla en este trabajo, se han desarrollado diferentes metodologías sintéticas y analizado los productos obtenidos (RMN, EM, etc.)

[EN]Thís work deals with the synthesis of a sexual pheromone, Solanone, used by the virgin females of the mango cochineal Alacaspics murrayae Takahasi. Solanone is synthesized by a new route, and it wiil be used with another individual of a different family within the same species (Aulacaspis tubercularis) for the pests control affecting the southeast of Andalusia. For the synthesis of this semiochemical we have started from the bibliographic studies that describe the Solanona as a sexual semiochemical and synthetic strategy is proposed as the basis to be developed in this work. Although this molecule has not been synthesized in this work by that biblographic procedure, different synthetic methodologies have been carried out and the products obtained analyzed by standard spectroscopy techniques (NMR. MS. etc.)
