Resumen
Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado está realizado con el objetivo de
comprender los efectos de las casas de apuestas en nuestra
sociedad. Analizar cómo ejercen dichas empresas su negocio y
cómo utilizan los medios y herramientas a su disposición para
captar clientes. Dichos medios se van a analizar en el proyecto de
investigación para determinar si se cumple con la ética y
responsabilidad social de las casas de apuestas en publicidad y en
su forma de llevar el negocio. Una vez definidos los conceptos de
ética, marketing, responsabilidad social, etc., se aplicarán sobre una
determinada casa de apuestas para analizar y evaluar por qué crea
dependencia en jugadores o, sin embargo, no son estas las
culpables y si ayudan o no a que este problema no se reproduzca.
Finalmente, se concluirá el trabajo con las conclusiones finales,
dónde se podrán observar los resultados de la investigación.
This Final Degree Project is carried out with the aim of understanding the effects of betting shop’s in our society. To analyse how these companies carry out their business and how they use the means and tools at their disposal to attract customers. These means will be analysed in the research project to determine whether betting shop’s comply with ethics and social responsibility in their advertising and in the way they conduct their business. Once the concepts of ethics, marketing, social responsibility, etc. have been defined, they will be applied to a specific betting shop in order to analyse and evaluate why it creates dependency in gamblers or, nevertheless, whether or not they are not to blame and whether or not they help to prevent this problem from recurring. Finally, the work will conclude with the final conclusions, where the results of the research can be observed.
