Efectos de la crisis en el sistema financiero español: análisis de la evolución del sector de cajas de ahorros

Abstract

[ES] En este trabajo se realiza un análisis de los diferentes acontecimientos acaecidos en el sistema financiero español durante los últimos años, haciendo especial hincapié en el sector de cajas de ahorros, por ser el principal afectado tras las numerosas reformas legales y estructurales implementadas. El análisis de la evolución experimentada por las cajas de ahorros durante el periodo comprendido entre 2005 y 2013, refleja la profunda reestructuración acontecida en el sector y la progresiva implantación de un nuevo modelo de actuación para estas entidades.[EN] This paper analyses the different events that have happened in the Spanish financial sector in the last few years. We focus on the savings bank sector because it has been the most severely affected by the numerous legal and structural reforms. The analysis of the evolution that the savings banks experienced during the 2005-2013 period shows the severe restructuring of this sector and the progressive implementation of a new management model.
