Terapias asistidas con Caballos: desarrollo de un programa para el fomento de la comunicación de un caso único de infancia en TEA.

Resumen
[ES]El Austimo, es un trastorno incluido dentro del grupo de Trastornos del Espectro Autista
(TEA) que, según el DSM-V, es caracterizado por presentar déficits a nivel comunicativo y de
la interacción social así como patrones restringidos, repetitivos y estereotipados con distintos
niveles de gravedad. Algunos de los principales aspectos al trabajar con este grupo, son
mejorar su interacción social o el lenguaje a través de múltiples tratamientos, los cuales son
elegidos en base a la sintomatología que sea presentada. Es un hecho, que la interacción entre
personas con autismo y animales es beneficiosa para éstos en múltiples facetas, como es una
disminución en el aislamiento social o facilitar las relaciones interpersonales.
El objetivo principal de este programa es, entre otros, fomentar la comunicación para así
aumentar las relaciones sociales e inclusión en la sociedad.
Para la realización de este proyecto se ha procedido al estudio de una parte del programa
general, concretamente de ocho sesiones, en las que se observa la evolución del usuario en el
cumplimiento de los objetivos a través del Modelo Canadiense del Desempeño Ocupacional
(C.M.O.P), el cual se basa en una perspectiva centrada en el cliente.
Los resultados obtenidos en base a los objetivos marcados al inicio del programa aún no se
han visto cumplidos en su totalidad, por tanto, se ha de seguir trabajando para que la
autonomía del usuario en su vida diaria, sea funcional.

[EN]Autism is a disorder which is included in the Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) group that, according to the DSM-V, is characterized by presenting deficits at the communicative and social interaction levels as well as restricted, repetitive and stereotyped patterns with different levels serious. Some of the main aspects to work with this group are to improve their social interaction or language through multiple treatments, which are chosen based on the symptoms presented. It is a fact that the interaction among people with autism and animals is beneficial 6 for them in multiple facets, such as a decrease in social isolation or facilitating interpersonal relationships. The main objective of this program is, among others, to promote communication in order to increase social relations and inclusion in society. For the realization of this Project,, a part of the general program has been studied, specifically eight sessions, in which the evolution of the user in the fulfillment of the objectives is observed through the Canadian Model of Occupational Performance (CMOP), which is based on a customer-centric perspective. The results obtained based on the objectives set at the beginning of the program have not yet been fully met, therefore, we must continue working so that the user's autonomy in their daily life is functional.
