Resumen
[ES]En las próximas páginas se abordará el análisis de una figura con la que hoy en día se
está muy familiarizada pues, esta vicisitud, es a la que la mayoría de las personas
trabajadoras se acogen para poder disfrutar de sus derechos.
Este estudio hace referencia a unos de los principios del Derecho del trabajo, como es la
estabilidad laboral, base para mantener la relación de trabajo y proteger al trabajador
ante determinados obstáculos que pueden presentarse durante el transcurso de su
contrato.
En definitiva, se analizara en detalle cada una de las causas que llevan a la suspensión
del contrato de trabajo, las prestaciones económicas y efectos que genera cada una en la
Seguridad Social, además de su posterior reincorporación en el puesto de trabajo. No
obstante, también se realizará una breve alusión al concepto de conciliación relacionado
entre el ámbito laboral y familiar.
[EN]In the next pages, it will address the analysis of a figure with which today it´s very familiarized well, this vicissitude, is in that the majority of the hard-working persons taken in order to enjoy their rights. This study refers to one of the principles of the Labor Law, such as labor stability, basis for support the labor relation and protect the worker before certain obstacles that may arise during the course of his contract. In definitive, it will analyse in detail each of the reasons that lead to the suspensión of the contract of work, the economic compensations and effects that each one generate in the Seguridad Social, besides his later return in the workplace. Nevertheless, also it will realized a brief allusion to the concep of conciliation between the labor and family area.
