Resumen
[ES] El presente trabajo fin de máster tiene como finalidad mejorar las habilidades sociales en personas con discapacidad psíquica. Por ello, se ha creado un programa de intervención para incrementar la autonomía personal, autoestima y las interacciones sociales de dichas personas.
El trabajo consta de dos partes claramente diferenciadas. La primera parte consiste en un marco teórico para conocer el concepto de habilidades sociales, discapacidad y la revisión bibliográfica de programas similares. En la segunda parte, del trabajo, se podrá encontrar el programa de intervención que se ha planificado para un grupo de personas con discapacidad psíquica. Dicho programa, contiene diversas actividades organizadas por bloques para poder desarrollar habilidades sociales como son la comunicación no verbal, seguir una serie de instrucciones, habilidades de cortesía, entre otras.
[EN] The aim of this final Master´s degree is to improve the social skills of some mentally disabled people. Therefore, It has been creating an intervention program to increase personal autonomy, self-esteem and social interaction in these people. The project consists of two clearly different parts. The first part involves a time frame to know social skills concept, mental disability and different intervention programs similar to it. In the second part will be able to be finding an intervention program, which it has been planning for a group of mentally disabled people. This program has different activities to improve social skills, such as nonverbal communication, following instructions, politeness skills, and so on.
