Resumen
[ES] El objeto del presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado es desarrollar un estudio sobre la principal
novedad de la Ley 36/2011 de 10 de Octubre, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Social (LRJS),
ésta es, la introducción del proceso monitorio laboral (art. 101 LRJS). En el trabajo se hace un
recorrido por todo lo que abarca la presente Ley, comprendiendo su significado, a quien va
dirigido y contra quien ejercer nuestra pretensión, y dónde y cómo podemos hacer valer este
derecho. El segundo objetivo del presente trabajo, es establecer una guía práctica para
aquellas personas que se encuentren en el marco que abarca ésta Ley, y que puedan, mediante
la ayuda de ésta guía, lograr de una manera más fácil si cabe, recuperar mediante este
procedimiento, lo que se le adeudan proveniente de una relación laboral previa, ajustándose a
lo que la Ley establece para ello.
[EN] The aim of this Final degree project is to develop a study about the main innovation of the law 36/2001, of the 10th October, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Social (LRJS), which is the introduction of the enforcement of judgment for payments of debts (article 101 LRJS). In this work a tour is made through all it is covered by this law, including its meaning, to whom it is directed at and who can we exercise our claim against, and where and how we can enforce this right. The second goal of this work is to establish a practical guide for those who are under this Law, and help them through this guide andin an easy way, to get paid back by this payment procedure social order, which is owed from an prior labor relationship, in line with what the Law provides for.
