Resumen
[ES]Las nuevas tecnologías no han podido eludir su introducción en el ámbito de la Administración y en la relación que mantiene con los usuarios y lógicamente con los profesionales que intervienen en su funcionamiento. La Administración de Justicia, no ha quedado al margen de este proceso y tampoco la jurisdicción social, siendo muchas las evidencias que lo acreditan y que empezaron a presagiarse con la entrada en vigor de la Ley 36/2011, de 10 de octubre, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Social. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es adentrarnos en las reformas introducidas por el legislador a fin de favorecer la aplicación de los avances tecnológicos en la labor que lleva a cabo la Administración de Justicia. Este proceso ha necesitado de las modificaciones legislativas siendo ejes fundamentales la ley 18/2011 reguladora del uso de las tecnologías y la Ley Orgánica del Poder Judicial que abre la puerta de la tecnología a los procesos judiciales.
[EN]New technologies could not avoid its introduction in the area of public administration and in the relationship that it has with users and logically with the professionals involved in its operation. The Administration of Justice has not been left out of this process and neither social jurisdiction, being many the evidences that accredit it and that began to portend with the entry into force of the Law 36/2011, of 10 of October, Regulatory of the Social Jurisdiction. The main objective of this work is to tread on in the reforms introduced by the legislator in order to encourage the application of the technological advances in the work that it carries out the Administration of Justice. This process has required the legislative amendments, being fundamental axes the Law 18/2011 regulator of the use of technologies and the Organic Law on Judicial Administration that opens the door of the technology to court proceedings.
