Cambio generacional en la empresa familiar

Abstract

[ES]El siguiente trabajo de fin de grado tratará sobre el cambio generacional en la empresa familiar. Concretamente, el trabajo comienza con una introducción sobre la importancia del negocio familiar en la economía de cualquier región, para continuar con una definición de empresa familiar, mostrando los tipos de empresa existentes, junto a sus ventajas e inconvenientes. Después, detallaré en qué consiste el proceso de sucesión de una empresa familiar. Más tarde, se hará un análisis de un caso práctico real de la empresa familiar Tello Garzón de Construcciones S.L., donde los puntos tratados teóricamente serán analizados dentro de la empresa realizando un diagnóstico de la situación actual, y luego daré una serie de recomendaciones. Finalmente, se expondrán las conclusiones finales, presentaré un anexo con las preguntas realizadas, y mencionaré las fuentes bibliográficas utilizadas.

[EN]The next final degree project is based in the generational change in a family business. Specifically, the work start with an introduction about the importance of the family business in the economy of any region, to continue with its meaning, showing the types of existing company, and its advantages and disadvantages. After, I will detail how is the process of succession in a family business. Later, I will do an analysis of a real family business called Tello Garzón de Construcciones S.L., that the points explained before will be analyzed inside the company doing a diagnosis of the current situation, and then I will give recommendations that help to improve some areas. Finally, I will expose the final conclusions, I will present an annex with the questions asked, and I will mention the bibliographic sources.
