MUJER, DROGAS Y PRISION. LA REALIDAD DE LA MUJER CON PROBLEMAS CAUSADOS POR EL CONSUMO DE DROGAS, QUE SE ENCUENTRA INSTITUCIONALIZADA EN CENTROS PENITENCIARIOS ESPAÑOLES.

Abstract

La realidad de la mujer con problemas de consumo de drogas que se encuentra en prisión, es un aspecto social poco conocido. En el presente trabajo se va a indagar sobre cuál es la situación actual de dicha población reclusa femenina en España; los recursos, programas de tratamiento, centros en los que se lleva a cabo el proceso de internamiento, y la normativa que regula su situación. Conocer esta realidad permite constatar si el funcionamiento de la institución penitenciaria está teniendo en cuenta las necesidades y problemas de la mujer drogodependiente. La falta de una visión de género es una necesidad latente en nuestra sociedad, se va a investigar si dentro de los centros penitenciarios se repite esta problemática. La investigación se lleva a cabo mediante una revisión bibliográfica, que permite conocer detalladamente el objeto de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado y la obtención de resultados.

The reality of women with drug use problems who are institutionalized in prison, it is an unknown social aspect. The present academic work will investigate what is the situation of this female population in Spain. To know this reality, it allows to check if the functioning of the prison institution is taking into account the needs and problems of drug-dependent women. The lack of a gender vision is a latent necessity in our society, it will be investigated if this problems is repeated within the prisons. The research is carried through a bibliographic review, which allows to know in detail the object of this End Degree Work and it allows results to be obtained.
