“El derecho a la vida desde una perspectiva constitucional”

Abstract

El derecho a la vida es un derecho fundamental que está recogido en el artículo 15 de nuestra Constitución. Se reconoce a toda persona por el simple hecho de serlo o de existir. Sin embargo a veces este derecho entra en conflicto con otros derechos fundamentales. Por tanto mi trabajo consistirá en ver los aspectos principales de los derechos fundamentales y luego me centraré en el derecho a la vida y éste cuando entra en conflicto con otros derechos, como en el caso del aborto, la eutanasia, la pena de muerte o el derecho a la integridad física y moral, entre otros.

The right to life is a fundamental right that is enshrined in article 15 of our Constitution. Every person is recognized for the simple fact of being or existing. However, sometimes this right conflicts with other fundamental rights. So my job will be to look at the main aspects of fundamental rights and then I will focus on the right to life and this when it conflicts with other rights, such as abortion, euthanasia, the death penalty or the right to physical and moral integrity, among others.
