Implantación metodología Lean Management en empresa de fabricación de componentes de automoción. Una aplicación de 5S y SMED.

Abstract

El proyecto pretende cubrir tanto el ámbito teórico como el práctico de la filosofía Lean Mangement. Por una parte, desde la perspectiva teórica se describe en qué consiste la filosofía Lean Mangement y se muestran sus principales prácticas y herramientas, mediante la revisión bibliográfica de literatura existente. Por otra parte, y desde la perspectiva práctica, mediante el estudio de casos, se analiza la implantación de las herramientas 5S y SMED en la empresa proveedor de primer nivel de componentes de carrocería para las principales marcas fabricantes de automóviles de Europa.

The project aims to cover both the theoretical and practical fields of Lean Mangement philosophy. On the one hand, from the theoretical perspective it is described what the Lean Mangement philosophy consists of and its main practices and tools are shown, through the literature review of existing literature. On the other hand, and from a practical perspective, through the study of cases, the implementation of the 5S and SMED tools in the first‐tier supplier of body components for the main car manufacturers in Europe is analyzed.
