Resumen
[ES]En la actualidad el estrés laboral se encuentra entre uno de los principales problemas derivados de los riesgos psicosociales para establecer medidas en el ámbito de la seguridad y salud de los trabajadores en la organización empresarial. Los trabajadores consideran el estrés laboral como un elemento común del riesgo psicosocial que puede aparecer en sus puestos de trabajo y puede afectar notablemente tanto a la salud de los trabajadores y a las empresas.
Por tanto, es necesario contemplar la problemática laboral que existe entre el trabajador, el puesto de trabajo y la propia organización. Cuando se produce un desajuste entre el trabajador, el puesto de trabajo y la propia organización no dispone de recursos suficientes para poder afrontarlo, surgen las experiencias del estrés.
Las consecuencias del estrés laboral son en la mayoría de los casos negativas y pueden tener consecuencias graves y, a veces irreparables para la salud y el bienestar físico, psicológico y social. En resumen, es necesario encontrar medidas para hacer frente al estrés laboral a nivel organizacional y personal.
[EN]At present the job stress is found between one of the main problems derivatived from psychosocial risks to establish measure in the field os social security and the worker´s health in the business organization. The workers consider the job stress as a common element of psychosocial risk that it can appear in their position job and it can significantly affect both the health of workers and businesses. Therefore, it´s necessary to contémplate the labor problems that exist between the worker, the position job and the organization itself. When it produces an imbalance between the worker, the position job and the organization itself doesn´t have enough resources to be able to confront, it appears the stress experience. The consequences of job stress are in majority cases negative and it can to have serious consequences and, sometimes irreparable for health and the physical, psychosocial and social well-being. In summary, it´s neccesary to find measures to deal with work stress at the organizational and personal level.
