Manantiales e hidrotermalismo: las aguas minero-medicinales y termales como recurso geoturístico del Geoparque de Granada.

Abstract

[ES]El turismo de aguas minerales y termales es una modalidad del turismo de salud que emplea las cualidades curativas de aguas mineromedicinales y termales (AMMT) en forma de distintos tipos de aplicaciones. En este trabajo se realiza un análisis de las aguas MM y T que surgen en el Geoparque de Granada, concretamente de las aguas que son aprovechadas en los balnearios de Alicún de las Torres, Graena y Zújar. Para ello se hace una descripción acerca de la formación y modelado del Geoparque, formación de las AMM y T, características físicas y químicas de estas aguas, sus cualidades curativas y el modo de empleo, junto con las nuevas tendencias que se están llevando a cabo en estos balnearios. Con este análisis se pretende fomentar el turismo de la zona y la afluencia a estos balnearios empleando estas aguas como un georecurso más del Geoparque e intentar enlazar el turismo de salud y el geoturismo, dos modalidades de turismo que están en auge.

[EN]Mineral and thermal water tourism is a modality of health tourism that uses the healing qualities of mineral-medicinal and thermal waters (AMMT) in the form of different types of applications. In this paper, the analysis is made of the MM and T waters that arise from Granada Geopark, specifically the waters that are used in the Alicún de las Torres, Graena and Zújar spas. For this reason, a description is made about the formation and modeling of the Geopark, formation of the MMA and T, physical and chemical characteristics of these waters, their healing qualities and the way of use, along with the new trends that are taking place in these spas. This area is intended to promote tourism in the area and the influx to these spas using these waters as one more geo resource of the Geopark and try to link health tourism and geotourism, two types of tourism that are booming.
