Paleomágina: un innocador proyecto para revalorizar la actividad turística y cultural en el enterno de Bedmar.

Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende reflejar cómo una eficiente coordinación entre las administraciones, organismos y actores sociales puede dar como resultado un ilusionante proyecto para un pequeño municipio de la provincia de Jaén. Se procederá a analizar el progreso de la investigación, la actividad del centro derivado de dicho proyecto desde su creación en 2019 hasta la actualidad, los objetivos planteados por la dirección general y su modo de operar basado en convenios multidisciplinares, además de los impactos generados por el turismo en el territorio. Con el fin de interpretar la dimensión económica del turismo, estos efectos serán cuantificados de acuerdo a las visitas recibidas durante el año 2019, año en que se inaugura el Centro de Interpretación e Investigación PaleoMágina. Para conocer la relación entre turismo y patrimonio cultural, se evaluará el potencial turístico de este centro como resultado de una iniciativa de puesta en valor en un entorno no exento de recursos turísticos. The present work tries to reflect how an efficient coordination between administrations, organizations and social actors can result in an exciting project for a small municipality in the province of Jaén. The progress of the research, the activity of the center derived from said project from its creation in 2019 to the present, the objectives set by the general management and its way of operating based on multidisciplinary agreements, as well as the impacts generated by tourism in the territory, will be analyzed. In order to interpret the economic dimension of tourism, these effects will be quantified according to the visits received during the year 2019, year in which the PaleoMágina Research and Interpretation Center was inaugurated. To know the relationship between tourism and cultural heritage, the tourist potential of this center will be evaluated as a result of an initiative to enhance its value in an environment not exempt from tourist resources. 1
