EL EMPLEO DE LA COMUNIDAD GITANA

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado sobre el empleo en la comunidad gitana surge de la necesidad de poner en relieve la situación de esta minoría étnica a partir de dos factores fundamentales para la vida de cualquier ser humano: la educación y el empleo, esenciales para la integración y la erradicación de las desigualdades y discriminaciones. La comunidad gitana ha sido un grupo estigmatizado a lo largo de toda la historia, y a día de hoy sigue estando en una desventaja muy notable con la sociedad mayoritaria. Es importante resaltar los determinantes de la educación y la cultura para poder entender el contexto del colectivo.

The present final project abaut the Employment in the Roma community issue from the need to highlight the situation of this ethnic minority from two importants elements for de life any human being: the education and emloyment, essential for the integration and elimination of inequalities and discrimination. The Roma Community has been a group stigmatized along history, and nowadays also is in a important disadvantage in comparision with the mayority society. Is important highlight the decisive of education and culture for understand group context.
