Resumen
El propósito del presente trabajo es presentar la Terapia de Aceptación y Compromiso
como una alternativa terapéutica aplicada a la reducción del estrés laboral en las
organizaciones y a generar bienestar en los trabajadores. En la primera parte del trabajo se
revisan los conceptos de estrés laboral, síndrome de burnout, flexibilidad psicológica y se
realiza una descripción de la Terapia de Aceptación y Compromiso. En la segunda parte del
trabajo se realiza una revisión sistemática de la literatura acerca la aplicación de ACT a la
reducción del estrés laboral.
The purpose of the present work is to present the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as an applied therapeutic alternative to reduce the work stress in the organizations and generate welfare in them. For this, a systematic review of the literature on the application of the technique to work stress will be carried out. In the first part of the paper we will talk about the concepts of work stress, Burnout syndrome, Psychological Flexibility and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. In the second part of the work a theoretical review of the studies in which the ACT is applied to reduce the work stress and it is evidences is carried out.
