El papel del rediseño organizativo en la crisis empresarial: El caso de la empresa Pública Hospital Alto Guadalquivir.

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo gira en torno al estudio y análisis pormenorizado del papel del rediseño organizativo en la Empresa Púbica Hospital Alto Guadalquivir.

En el transcurso del mismo, he plasmado varias iniciativas implantadas por esta, las cuales se han desarrollado provocadas por la situación de crisis que venimos atravesando. Por ello la Gerencia, junto al resto de responsables, han promovido el rediseño de algunos procesos, y la creación de alternativas para suplir el peso perdido en este sector, mediante la creación de políticas y prácticas organizativas encaminadas a seguir mejorando los servicios en el actual contexto político y económico de reducción presupuestaria.

Con lo cual, me he adentrado en la estructura de dicha empresa, comenzando desde la cúspide de la pirámide directiva, en la que se situaría la Gerencia, pasando por el Departamento de Administración o el de Recursos Humanos entre otros, para analizar cada área y las actividades realizadas.

[EN] This work deals with the study and detailed analysis of the role of the organizational redesign in the public enterprise Hospital Alto Guadalquivir.In the course of this work, I have expressed several initiatives introduced by the aforesaid enterprise, which have been developed due to the crisis situation we are going through. That is the reason why the management, together with the rest of the people responsible, have promoted the redesign of sorne proceedings and the creation of alternatives in order to supply the loss of importance in this sector, by means of the creation of organizational politics and practices aimed to continue improving its services in the current political and economic context of budgetary reduction.

Therefore, I have studied thoroughly the structure of the aforementioned enterpr ise, starting with the apex of the leadershi p pyramid in which the management is situated, going through the administration department or the human resources one among others, in order to analyse each area and the activities developed.
