SISTEMA DE ORGANIZACIÓN Y PRODUCCIÓN. ESTUDIO DE CASO DEL GRUPO VOLKSWAGEN

Abstract

Este TFG tiene por objetivo analizar la evolución de los sistemas de organización del trabajo para, posteriormente, enfocarlo en el Grupo Volkswagen. Se analizará el modo de producción y la aplicación de tecnologías de la Industria 4.0. Y analizaran las diferentes revoluciones industriales hasta la fecha. Este trabajo se enfocará en diferentes sistemas de organización, específicamente en aquellos que han tenido un mayor impacto en el sector automovilístico, al generar cambios en la forma en las que las organizaciones producen, comunican, trabajan y planifican. El estudio de caso analizará cómo Volkswagen (VW) implementa diferentes filosofías de organización en su fábrica de Navarra en el norte de España. Aquí, se fabrican tanto VW Polo como VW T- Cross y se puede observar todo el proceso desde que se realiza el pedido hasta que el automóvil termina en la concesión.

The objective of this TFG is to analyze the evolution of work organization systems and subsequently focus it on the Volkswagen Group. The mode of production and the application of Industry 4.0 technologies will be analyzed. And they will analyze the different industrial revolutions to date. This project will focus on different organisational systems, specifically on those which have had a greater impact on the automotive sector by bringing about changes in the way organisations produce, communicate, work and plan. This case study will analyse how Volkswagen implements different organizational philosophies in its Navarre factory in the North of Spain. Here both VW Polo and VW T-Cross are manufactured and the entire process can be observed from the order being placed to the finished car being delivered to a dealership.
