Resumen
La Administración pública ha experimentado grandes cambios en
las últimas décadas a causa de la implantación de las Tecnologías
de la Información y Comunicación y el uso de Internet en los
servicios que se llevan a cabo en las administraciones. Muchas
actividades que solo se podían realizar de forma telefónica o
presencial, ahora se pueden hacer de forma telemática a través de
diversas plataformas virtuales del estado. Gran parte de los nuevos
servicios electrónicos se han ofertado desde los poderes ejecutivos,
sin establecer una interacción con el ciudadano que permita un
entendimiento de la adopción de estas tecnologías. El objetivo de
este trabajo es analizar desde un plano general estatal qué influye
en los procesos de adopción social de los ciudadanos en función de
diversos datos demográficos como la edad y el sexo y otros
condicionantes como la confianza y seguridad, las habilidades
digitales o el uso del comercio electrónico.
The public administration has undergone great changes in the last decades due to the implementation of Information and Communication Technologies and the use of the Internet in the services that are carried out in the administrations. Much of the new electronic services have been offered from the executive powers, without establishing an interaction with the citizen that allows an understanding of the adoption of these technologies. The objective of this work is to analyze from a general state level what influences the processes of social adoption of citizens according to various demographic data such as age and sex and other conditions such as trust and security, digital skills or the use of e-commerce.
