[ES] En el presente trabajo se hace un estudio minucioso acerca de los cambios que el fenómeno Brexit está ocasionando en el Reino Unido y en la Unión Europea desde el punto de vista comercial y normativo. También se analizan las opciones comerciales que se han barajado durante el periodo de negociación de salida, así como las posibles modificaciones de las relaciones entre Estados que tal fenómeno puede producir. Dada la continuidad del periodo de negociación en la actualidad, este trabajo se encarga de investigar sobre las posibles alternativas que se han planteado hasta la fecha, además de exponer los problemas que pueden ocasionar cada una de las opciones. Se trata de hacer desde un punto de vista objetivo, planteando tanto las opciones tratadas por la Unión Europea como las del Reino Unido y de más países que se ven influenciados de forma directa por el fenómeno Brexit.
[EN] In the following work a thorough study is made about the changes that the Brexit phenomenon is causing in the United Kingdom and in the European Union from the commercial and regulatory point of view. The commercial options that have been considered during the exit negotiation period are also analyzed, as well as the possible modifications of the relations between States that such phenomenon can produce. Given the continuity of the negotiation period at present, this work is responsible for investigating the possible alternatives that have been raised to date, in addition to exposing the problems that can cause each of the options. The goal is to pursuit objectiveness throughout the whole work, raising both the options discussed by the European Union and those of the United Kingdom and more countries that are directly influenced by the Brexit phenomenon.
