Resumen
[ES]Este trabajo trata de realizar un análisis de los comportamientos y grado de conocimiento del consumidor chileno y brasileño. Este interés hacia estos mercados en concreto, se debe a la importancia que han tomado en los últimos años, debido a que presentan altas expectativas de crecimiento económico. Estos países emergentes, además de su atractivo económico, también son importantes, debido a que son nuevos productores potenciales de aceites de oliva, lo cual supone una oportunidad o una amenaza, dependiendo del punto de vista en el que nos situemos para los aceites de oliva españoles, que actualmente concentran la mayor producción a nivel mundial.
Por tanto, una vez analizadas las tendencias de consumo, basándonos en los resultados obtenidos, vamos a realizar una estrategia comercial para un segmento de clientes determinado para Chile y otra para Brasil.
