Resumen
(ES)El presente trabajo, es una propuesta didáctica, dirigida a alumnos de tercero de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria
que tiene como objetivo abordar la enseñanza de Biología y Geología en cuanto a los contenidos curriculares de
nutrición y salud, de manera que se conciencie a los jóvenes de la importancia de hábitos de vida saludables, como
son la práctica de actividad física y, principalmente, el consumo de alimentos propios de una dieta saludable. A esto
se le sumará la importancia del consumo de productos de cercanía, de Andalucía, como principales alimentos de la
dieta mediterránea. Además, se pretende dar visibilidad a las consecuencias negativas para la salud de dietas no
saludables. Con estos propósitos, se ha elaborado una unidad didáctica, adaptada a las nuevas necesidades de los
estudiantes, para lo que primero se realizó una búsqueda bibliográfica sobre los temas y las metodologías que se
tratarían en esta unidad.
(EN)The present work is a didactic proposal, aimed at students of third of Secondary Education that aims to address the teaching of Biology and Geology, in terms of the curricular contents of nutrition and health, so that young people are made aware of the importance of healthy lifestyle habits such as the practice of physical activity and, mainly, the consumption of foods typical of a healthy diet. To this will be added the importance of the consumption of local products, from Andalusia, as the main foods of the Mediterranean diet. In addition, it is intended to give visibility to the negative health consequences of unhealthy diets. For these purposes, a didactic unit has been developed, adapted to the new needs of the students, for which a bibliographic search was first carried out on the topics and methodologies that would be treated in this unit.
