LA LIBERTAD RELIGIOSA Y EL VELO ISLAMICO

Abstract

Con este trabajo pretendo exponer un conflicto frecuente y relevante en las diferentes sociedades del m undo: el generado entre el velo islámico y el derecho fundamental a la libe11ad religiosa. El tema, es de solución compleja para los tribunales de los diferentes países. Por eso, he analizado la situación nacional e internacional y las soluciones que pueden existir que, como iremos viendo, ni entre los propios musulmanes queda suficientemente esclarecido. En primer lugar, introduc iré la situación de la mujer en la cultura y sociedad islámica. A continuación, explicaré el sentido de ésta prenda, su tipología, origen y el conflicto que hay en torno a su uso. Todo ello, irá acompañado por artículos, noticias actuales etc. Es una cuestión, que ha mostrado el conflicto y las diferencias entre Occidente y Oriente. No es un caso cerrado, sino en continuo cambio y adaptación a los pensamiento s y ju risprudencia de las distintas sociedades.

With this work, I try to explain a common and relevant conflict in different societies around the world: that is originated between the Islamic vei l and a fundamen tal right l ike religious freedom. The issue has a complicate resolution for the courts of d ifferen t countries. For this reason, l have tried to analyze the national and i nternational si tuation and poss i blc solu t ions that can exist, as we wi ll see, nei ther among Muslims i s sufficiently clarified. Fi rst ly, I wi ll i ntroduce the womcn si tuation i n Jslamic cul tu re and society. Then 1 will explain the meaning of this clothe, their typc, origin and conflict around use. Ali of this, will be accompanied by articlcs, current news etc. It is a qucstion that has become evident the conflict and the differences between West and East. It i s not a closed case, but is constantly changing and adapting to the thoughts and decisions of the d ifferent societies.
