[EN] The aim of this research was to describe the level of daily PA practice measured with activity bracelets and to relate it to cognitive and physiological health variables in university students, checking if there are differences according to gender and the associations between the level PA practice and the rest of the variables. The sample consisted of 120 students from the University of Jaén, 44 men with a mean age of 24.09 (±11.11) years and 76 women with a mean age of 22.57 (±4.79) years. Were used the self-perceived health questionnaire SF-12, the PA questionnaire IPAQ-7 and activity bracelets Mi Band4 for 7 days. Sociodemographic and anthropometric variables were recorded using an ad hoc questionnaire. It is concluded that those with a higher level of PA have higher levels of self-perceived physical health and, in terms of gender, men have a higher level of self-perceived mental health than women. There is a positive correlation between deep sleep and the number of awakenings, while both are negatively correlated with light sleep. In the relationship between exercise time and age, younger people have higher average daily steps and hours of exercise per week.
