Resumen
[ES]En este TFG se presenta el desarrollo de un programa de entrenamiento emocional dirigido a organizaciones basado en el modelo de habilidad de Mayer y Salovey, y en el programa INTEMO. Este trabajo comienza con una breve introducción a los antecedentes y a la definición de competencias y competencias emocionales, seguida por otra breve introducción sobre la intervención social con especial referencia al modelo AMIGO. Para terminar se presenta el programa para la mejora de las competencias emocionales que se encuentra dividido en seis fases con 12 sesiones de entrenamiento emocional. Se entrenan las cuatro competencias emocionales del modelo de habilidad de Mayer y Salovey, utilizándose en las fases pre y post-evaluación el MSCEIT para comprobar el progreso en el entrenamiento emocional y la escala de Felicidad Subjetiva y la escala Satisfaction with Life Scale para comprobar si se relaciona o no con el resulta del entrenamiento emocional.
In this work is presented the developing emotional training program directed to organizations based on the model of Mayer and Salovey ability, and in the INTEMO program. This work begins with a short introduction to the history and definition of competences and emotional competences, followed by a short introduction on social intervention with particular reference to model AMIGO. Finally is presented the program for improving the emotional competences that is divided into six phases with 12 sessions of emotional training. It train the four emotional competences of the ability model of Mayer and Salovey, used in the pre and post-evaluation phases the MSCEIT to check progress on the emotional training and Subjective Happiness Scale and Satisfaction with Life Scale to check if or not it relates to the results of emotional training.
