The history of trade unionism is closely linked to the labor movement and both appear at a certain historical moment to respond to the needs of what was emerging as the majority class, the proletariat. Once he was aware of the power his organization possessed, he only went deeper into it, coming to the conclusion that it was necessary to fight not only in the trade union and economic fields, but also in the political field. The European working class achieves in this sense a series of unprecedented advances and improvements, at the trade union level it is reflected in Spain, above all, from the entry of democracy, with the new framework of labor relations and the dual model of representation , but at a certain point in the development of capitalism, it seems that the worker and trade union organizations that look after their interests have 3 degenerated, abandoning the workers' struggle and embracing postmodern and leftist positions in the most childish sense, which have nothing to do with workers' problems. In this sense, and through a methodology based on a bibliographical review, all the necessary issues have been studied to know and understand this entire process, which, on the other hand, directly affects the lives of the majority of the population, the workers, who they feel abandoned and end up falling into the hands of reactionary and demagogic positions that we will later regret. For this reason, I believe it is vitally important to analyze this issue, although it would be interesting for future research to focus more deeply and exclusively on the issue of the ideological deviation of labor organizations in general.
