Resumen
[ES] El acoso laboral o mobbing ha sido reconocido
cómo un problema social latente en la sociedad estudiado
desde los inicios de los años 80. Éste fenómeno se deja
notar y aparece con más intensidad en el sector sanitario
que se ha visto sumergido en precarias políticas
económicas y organizacionales afectando notablemente a
los enfermeros/as que son afectados o acosados por parte
de sus superiores médicos en aspectos como el
establecimiento del horario de trabajo. El objetivo del
programa de intervención ha sido la aplicación de la
técnica ´´rompecabezas´´ (Aronson y Osherow, 1980) en
sesiones grupales para ambos profesionales en las que se
acordará el calendario laboral de manera consensuada. Los
resultados de los análisis llevados a cabo apoyan la
hipótesis de que el trabajo en equipo disminuye o elimina
las tensiones o situaciones de acoso y mejora el clima
organizacional, así como los niveles de satisfacción que
tienen los enfermeros.
[EN] The workplace harassment or mobbing has been recognized how a latent in society social problema studied since the beginning of the 1980s. This phenomenon is noticed and appears with more intensity in te health sector that has been submerged in precarious economic and organizational policies affecting notably the nurses. They are affected or harassed by their medical superiors in aspects such as the establishment of the schedule of work. The objective of the intervention program has been the application of the ´´puzzle tecnique´´ (Aronson and Osherow, 1980) in group sessións for both professionals in which the working calendar will be agreed upon in a consensual manner. The results of the analyzes carried out support the hypothesis that teamwork reduces or eliminates tensions or situations of harassment and improves the organizational climate, as well as the levels of satisfaction that nurses have.
