La dirección y el liderazgo en la organización

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo ~in de Máster (TFM) cuyo título es "La dirección y el liderazgo en la organización", define qué es una organización y continúa en aclarar lo que es un director, la importancia que tiene dentro de la organización, los principios por los que ha de guiarse y sus funciones. Veremos el concepto de liderazgo y lo que supone para alguien ser líder. Repasaremos teorías que explican la eficacia del liderazgo ante determinadas variables, y cómo pueden afectar dichas variables a su trabajo. Finalizaremos el estudio revisando las posibles posiciones que puede tomar el líder en la organización. Explicaremos la utilidad práctica del tema elegido y su enfoque didáctico, desarrollando una Unidad Didáctica, perfectamente ligada con el tema en cuestión, la cual va destinada a los alumnos del 2º curso de Bachillerato de Humanidades y Ciencias Sociales dentro de la asignatura de Economía.[EN] This Master Thesis (TFM) whose title is "The direction and leadership in the organization" define what is an organization and continue clarifiying what is a director, the importance you have within the organization, the principies to be guided and the functions. Later, we study what it is leadeship and what it means for someone to be a leader. We will review sorne theories that explain leadership effectiveness to certain variables, and how they affect these variables to its job. We finish the study by reviewing the posible positions that can take the leader in the organization. We explain the practica! usefulness of the tapie chosen and its didactic approach, for which we have developed a teaching unit, which is intented for students in the second year of High School of Humanities and Socíal Sciences in the subject of Economics.
