EL IMPACTO DE LA CRISIS ECONÓMICA EN LAS ADMINISTRACIONES PÚBLICAS: LA REESTRUCTURACIÓN Y LA REORDENACIÓN DEL SECTOR PÚBLICO

Abstract

[ES] Las Administraciones Públicas han tenido que ajustarse a los tiempos de crisis economía global iniciada en 2008. El presente trabajo tiene el objetivo de investigar las acciones llevadas a cabo por la Unión Europea en materia económico financiera, el ajuste del Gobierno de España bajo el principio de estabilidad presupuestaría y las modificaciones normativas relacionadas con la reestructuración de las Administraciones Públicas con la finalidad de reducir el gasto público. Por otro lado, veremos los cambios normativos en el ámbito de la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía que han traído como consecuencia una reordenación del sector público. Concretamente, repararemos en el análisis desde el punto vista orgánico, de la estructura actual de la Consejería de Medio Ambiente y Ordenación del Territorio, antes y después de la crisis.

[EN] Public Administrations have had to adjust to the times of crisis global economy that began in 2008. This work aims to research the actions carried out by the European Union in economic and financial matters, setting the Government of Spain under the principle of stability budgetary and regulatory changes related to the restructuring of public administrations in order to reduce public outlay. On the other hand, we see the regulatory changes in the area of Andalusia that have resulted in a reorganization of the public sector. Specifically, we will repair the analysis from the organic point of view, the current structure of the Consejería de Medio Ambiente y Ordenación del Territorio, before and after the crisis.
