Resumen
(ES) Este trabajo es un estudio exploratorio sobre la relación entre las prácticas
organizacionales saludables y el síndrome de burnout a través de los modelos teóricos más
relevantes. A continuación, se presentan los objetivos del estudio, así como sus hipótesis
asociadas, y la metodología utilizada para llevarlo a cabo. Los principales resultados indican
la existencia de una relación negativa entre 7 de las prácticas organizacionales medidas y las
dimensiones del burnout, muestran además cuales son las prácticas más frecuentes que se
llevan a cabo y por último se puede observar la diferencia en las dimensiones de agotamiento
emocional y cinismo respecto al género, encontrándose de media un mayor cinismo y
agotamiento en hombres que en mujeres, pero sin diferencias significativas. Por último, se
discuten estos resultados y se plantean líneas de investigación futuras.
(EN) This paper is an exploratory study on the relationship between healthy organizational practices and burnout syndrome through the most relevant theoretical models. First, the key concepts on which the research is based are presented. That is, the most important theoretical models of healthy organizations, the main healthy organizational practices, and burnout syndrome are explained. Then, the objectives of the study are presented, as well as its associated hypotheses and the methodology used to carry it out. The main results indicate the existence of a negative relationship between 7 of the organizational practices measured and the dimensions of burnout, they also show which are the most frequent practices carried out and finally, the difference in the dimensions of emotional exhaustion and cynicism regarding to gender can be observed, with men showing greater cynicism and exhaustion than women. Eventually,these results are discussed and lines of future research are proposed.
