ANDALUCÍA EMPRENDE, FUNDACIÓN PÚBLICA ANDALUZA

Abstract

[ES]Este trabajo concluye las diez semanas de prácticas realizadas al Centro Andaluz de Emprendimiento de Jaén. El documento empieza por un marco teórico que explica el contexto español sobre el emprendimiento y los problemas encontrados. Explica el papel del emprendimiento y de la creación de empresas sobre el territorio español, que constituyen un factor clave para conseguir un crecimiento económico en el país y una bajada del desempleo, sobre todo entre los jóvenes. Estos últimos anos, las políticas llevadas por la Unión Europea, por el gobierno español y por la administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de Andalucía han coincidido con un entorno apropiado a los promotores de nuevas ideas productivas, con un acompañamiento de los empresarios por técnicos. Estas decisiones adecuadas a los empresarios, gracias a los cuales se incremente la puesta marcha de iniciativas empresariales en la región, han permitido un desarrollo del emprendimiento y mantenimiento de un territorio dinámico y agradable a vivir. El documento habla también del funcionamiento y de las funciones del Centro Andaluz de Emprendimiento, de los servicios que ofrece, de los programas puestas en marcha para fomentar la creación de empresas y consolidar ellas existentes y de la manera de inculcar la cultura emprendedora en la sociedad y en el mundo del mercado. Por fin, se plantean las conclusiones que he sacado de este trabajo.

[EN]This present work brings this internship accomplished at the Andalusian Center of Entrepreneurship located in Jaén to a close. This document beggins by a theoretical framework which explains the spanish situation about the entrepreneurship and his problems. It explains the role of entrepreneurship and of the creación of companies on the the spanish territory, which constitute an important factor to obtain an economic growth in the country and a decrease of the unemployment, especially among the youngs persons. This last years, the policies leaded by the European Union, by the spanish government and by the administration of Andalusian Community were in agreement with an favourable environment for promotores of new productives ideas, with an accompanying with the tecnician. This appropriated decisiones for the entrepreneurs, through to whom setting up of entrepreneurial initiatives growed, permitted a development of entrepreneurship and the upholding of a dynamic and pleasurable territory. The document also talks about the operation and the functions of the Andalusian Center of Entrepreneurship and the services it offers, about the programs in place for promote creation of companies and consolidate the presents companies, and about the way of inculcate the enterprising culture in the society and in the market world. To finish, I explain the conclusions I drawed thanks to this work.
