In view of the current data on physical activity in adolescents, with the school context being a place where they are educated and spend most of their time, physical education becomes an indispensable and valuable tool for the acquisition of healthy habits and routines for holistic development. The classroom context and student body in this subject gain relevance, requiring the involvement of as many students as possible and doing with the principles demanded by the new educational law. This didactic proposal will be based on a pedagogical model of Teaching Games for Understanding, grounded in a non-linear pedagogy. The physical activity that will provide content and structure will consist of tasks related to various alternative sports, but with similar characteristics to facilitate the teaching-learning process. This learning situation will be contextualized in 3º of Secondary Education, comprising 12 sessions and established by the LOMLOE.
