LA INTERVENCIÓN ASISTIDA CON ANIMALES EN LAS PERSONAS MAYORES DESDE EL TRABAJO SOCIAL. CAMBIOS EN LA PERCEPCIÓN DE LA CALIDAD DE VIDA

Abstract

El presente documento es un Trabajo de Fin de Grado de la disciplina del trabajo Social, basado en una investigación o referencia bibliográfica sobre las intervenciones asistidas con animales en personas mayores y cómo es su calidad de vida en referencia a estas terapias. Por un lado,se habla también del tipo de las IAA, la calidad de vida de las personas mayores en relación a estas terapias; los beneficios que tiene esta y los efectos y riesgo de realizar estas terapias. Por otro lado, se relaciona el tema a investigar con el ámbito del Trabajo Social y las personas mayores y las funciones que tiene un/a trabajador/a social durante el proceso de intervención. Para concluir este trabajo, se hace una reflexión acerca de lo investigado y también sobre los límites que ha tenido la investigación de este trabajo de fin de grado

This document is an End-of-Degree Work of the discipline of Social Work, based on a research or bibliographic reference on animal assisted interventions in old people and how is their quality of life in reference to these therapies. On the one hand we also talk about the type of IAA, the quality of life of older people in relation to these therapies; the benefits that this has and the effects and risk of performing these therapies.
