ANÁLISIS ESTRATÉGICO DE LAS PRÁCTICAS DE GESTIÓN DE RECURSOS HUMANOS EN VALEO

Abstract

[ES] Este Trabajo Fin de Grado (TFG) tiene por objetivo analizar el Grupo VALEO, para identificar los elementos de la dirección estratégica de la empresa y de su gestión de recursos humanos. Concluiremos este análisis reflexionando si todo lo analizado cumple con las características que convierten a la dirección de recursos humanos en estratégica, así como explicar qué tipo de relación existe entre la estrategia y la gestión de los recursos humanos en nuestra empresa. Comenzaremos nuestro estudio analizando los datos básicos de la empresa, es decir, su historia, su organigrama y estructura, así como definir las distintas unidades de negocio que la componen. A continuación, vamos a realizar un análisis de la misión y la visión de la empresa, así como de sus objetivos estratégicos y valores. En último lugar, describiremos los procesos de la dirección de recursos humanos de la empresa, empezando por los procesos básicos, hasta llegar a los sistemas de retribución de los diferentes puestos de trabajos.[EN] This Final Project (TFG) aims to analyze the VALEO Group, to identify the elements of the strategic direction of the company and its human resource management. We will conclude this analysis reflecting if everything analyzed meets the characteristics that make the management of human resources in strategic and explain what kind of relationship between strategy and management of human resources exists in our company. We will begin our study analyzing the basic data of the company, its history, its organization and structure and define the various business units that it is composed. Then we will perform an analysis of the mission and vision of the company and its strategic objectives and values. Finally, we will describe the processes of human resource management of the company, starting with the basic processes, reaching the remuneration systems of different jobs.
