El régimen jurídico de la pensión compensatoria y la custodia compartida

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo ampliar los conocimientos acerca de la pensión compensatoria y la custodia compartida, haciendo un estudio exhaustivo de lo más característico de cada u na de estas modalidades, sin olvidarnos también de la importancia que tiene el Convenio Regulador, del cual hago una breve referencia en este trabajo. También se aprecia brevemente cómo el divorcio se introduce en España con la Ley 30/ 198 1 , de 7 de julio acompañada por numerosas polémicas, donde se planteaba un problema que necesitaba una solución. De esta manera, era necesario buscar un modo donde el cónyuge que había estado dedicado a la familia, al hogar y a sus hijos y dependía económicamente del otro , al romper su matrimonio y su condición de esposo, no quedara desamparado.This work aims to increase knowledge about spousal support and joint custody, making a comprehensive study of the most characteristic of each of these modalities, without also forgetting the importance of the Settlement Agreement, which 1 briefly reference in this work. Also briefly it shows how the divorce is introduced in Spain with Law 30/1981, 7 of July accompanied by numerous controversies, where a problem that needed a solution arose. Thus, it was necessary to find a way where the spouse had been devoted to the family, home and children and was economically dependent on the other, to break her marriage and her husband's condition, will not be forsaken.
